We would love to host you and your party at our exclusive oceanfront retreat. The main living room leads out to a large deck, from which you can sit and watch the ocean waves rolling in. For those times when you don't want to be outside, you can relax on the couch and enjoy the flat screen TV, with CD/DVD and mp3 inputs to play any kind of entertainment. A collection of DVDs, CDs, and games are provided if you didnt bring your own. A large gas fireplace is available for those chilly nights, and provides warmth and comfort.

The gourmet kitchen will allow you to prepare the most scrumptious meals. Large granite countertops make preparation easy, and pots, pans, and diningware are provided for groups of 12 or more. A spatious dining room able can be used for meals, and as a central location for your gaming activities! Coffee maker, toaster, mixer, blender, etc. are all provided to make your drinking and dining as simple as possible. An elevator just off the kitchen makes it easy to get down to the entrance foyer or up to the upstairs bedroom with the push of a button.

The master bedroom can be your central escape area. Located on the upper floor, the king size bed has its own furnished deck, so you can look down and keep an eye on the rest of the party as they play in your private pool below. Sitting out on the deck in the early evening, listening to the ocean and staring at the stars will become a favorite pasttime. The large shower and jacuzzi tub make it so easy to pamper yourself that you may never want to leave. The flat panel plasma TV on the wall of the master can be used for some late night entertainment as you drift off to sleep to the easy sounds of the ocean waves.

	The guest bedrooms are a mix of queen and bunk beds. The elevator can be used to reach each floor from any other, making all bedrooms easily accessible. Three of the bedrooms provide comfortable queen beds, while the fourth gives a full/twin bunk. Two of the bedrooms include televisions, and all include alarm clocks (most with mp3 inputs for those iPod-phanatics!).

An upper and lower furnished deck allow you to sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds. The lower deck is covered for when you've already had too much sun, while the upper deck can be used to catch the rays with a little more privacy. There is also a larger deck that the kids can run on, provding connectivity to the walkway to the beach. Kiddie pools can be inflated and sit right on the deck, letting the little ones jump in and out under your watchful eye. And your very own private pool and hot tub are just a few steps away. When the waves are too rough, or the ocean too chilly, or maybe you just don't feel like dealing with the sand, just walk down the stairs off the back deck and you can still enjoy the comfort of the water.
